We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Accounting Specialist - Categorie Protette l.68/99 (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Accounting and Administration Team.

Your role in BizAway

Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts;
Assuring daily booking of bank, cash and credit card transactions;
Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance;
Assisting the Accounting department in preparing the annual financial statement.
Managing payments and credit collection;
Interfacing with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly;
Supporting fiscal advisor with the preparation of tax forms and all the fiscal tasks;
Supporting auditors during the whole audit process of the financial statement.

Your basic qualifications

12 years of proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role;
Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation;
Exceptional time management, communication, and problemsolving skills;
Bachelor's degree in accounting;
Good knowledge of spreadsheet programs, such as Excel;
High level of English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
