Job Description:

SEGULA Italia is looking for a
Sales & Marketing Manager who represents the country. To this end, he/she will coordinate all interactions with local customers.

The Sales & Marketing Manager's
mission is to promote the entity's offer to customers and thus develop sales. After defining the sales strategy, he/she will develop his/her customer portfolio and diversify it.

For this purpose, the
main tasks are:


  • Defining the commercial offer and the strategy for deploying it to prospective accounts and clients.
  • Creating, developing and encouraging a pool of prospects and customers in the market for which he/she is responsible.
  • Developing the business in the area under his/her responsibility.
  • Mastering and negotiating the commercial offer.
  • Being able to participate in the diversification of the service by promoting it on a daily basis to the contacts.
  • Monitoring performance indicators for client accounts.
  • Following up the conditions of the service sold in order to take corrective action if necessary.
  • Carrying out marketing actions with identified targets.
  • Participating in trade fairs to promote the offer.
  • Realising the transformative potential of the ideas submitted.
  • Suggesting solutions for improving proposals.
  • Making projects understandable and tangible.
This person will reporting directly to the General Director.


Qualifications:


The indispensable requirements for this position are:

  • 4/5 years in a business school or equivalent.
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of marketing (especially tools).
  • Knowledge of the technical basics of the automotive sector and an appetite for technological innovations in this sector (VRED...).
  • Fluency in English and Italian. Knowledge of another language will be an asset.

  • Leadership/Managements skills.
  • Organised and rigorous person.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data and to analyse figures.
  • Quality of representation.
  • Sense of challenge.
Additional Information

  • The location is still to be determined: Milan, Rome, Turin. Close to transportation.
  • Possibility of hybrid work.
