We are looking for a Junior Learning and Development who will develop and execute training plans, programs, and specific projects at the locan and global level to support the Company strategy.

Define and deliver content and tools focused on required competencies building and development, in line with Company Culture and HR strategy.

You will develop and implement programs related to on boarding, performance, talent management, technical & nontechnical training, and/or e-learning.

The resource will report directly to the HR Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

Project and implement the local and global training programs in line with competencies gap and learning needs;
Manage the induction process for HQ positions;
Define and manage training calendar;
Monitor and improve KPI's: effectiveness and timing;
Ensure development and continuous improvement of elearning platform (SuccessFactors LMS)
Supporting processes in Talent management: performance management, assessments, development programs, succession planning;
Support and manage external and internal training providers;

Requirements:

Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs;
Languages
:Italian and English (C1/C2) mandatory. Any other language is a plus;
Must be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
Effective planning and management skills
Effective training and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Energetic, proactive, and with a sense of urgency;
Good time management skills;
