Coty Milan is looking for a Skincare Training & Education Expert.
As a Training & Education expert you are dedicated to the excellence in store of Coty Brands, with a primary focus on the
training development and execution of new Coty skincare brands (Orveda and Lancaster).

You will report to the Training & Education Manager, Coty Italy.
You will be asked to train & guide store managers and all Skincare Beauty Advisors, across
all the local distribution channels, offline and online. Your interpersonal, organizational, and
analytical skills to find business-driving ideas and lead and motivate a large group of
professionals working in the stores and online will be capital for perfect execution in-store.
As a field expert, you will also participate in developing selling techniques, selling ceremonies,
and skincare facial gestures for stores.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, deliver and animate local Training for local trainers, store managers and BAs
on SKINCARE, covering full selling ceremonies including facials and spa protocols whenneeded;
Contribute as needed to the Global Skincare Training & Education forum, acting as a spokesperson for Italy's Skincare Business;
Participate in Global & Local events as the Skincare Expert, based on a planned agenda agreed upon with management;
Ability to effectively interact with key external stakeholders such as dermatologists andermo-cosmetics experts;
Monitor market visits for top doors to discern whether Retail specialists and BAs are ensuring in-store retail excellence. Release reporting & action plan. This should be done in partnership with the Field sales staff. The action plan should be aligned with Field leaders for these doors and communicated to the BA's;
Maintain contact with Store Managers to better understand and fulfill their needs;
Assist the organization of Retail Specialists meetings;
Create Skincare Masterclass formats creation and support in execution;
Develop DBR (daily business record) to be utilized daily by BA's. Set up & track monthly performance in line with countries' targets.
Support the local Training Team in the design and delivery of training programs related to Coty's Fragrances when needed;
Develop and share Competitors' analysis.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant skincare experience in the field, including Beautician practice
Sales experience is considered a plus
Excellent analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work and manage and deliverin tight timelines
Excellent written and spoken communication
Extremely well organized
Strong team player
You speak and write excellent English and Italian
