Early Asset & Customer Insights Lead

The MCs play a crucial role in providing market insights and accelerating the clinical trials in early stage and need to start preparing the road for launch since way before the molecules enter into Ph3 the.

This is the role of the Early Asset Team, led by the Early Asset Head.

Under the direction of Early Asset Head, the
Early Asset & Customer Insights Lead will provide valuable insights and support decision-making throughout the early asset development process and reporting to Head of Strategic Customer Insight you will play a key role in supporting the strategy of the therapeutic area providing data insights and influencing the stakeholders.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Represents Insights and Analytics in the Early asset Team
  • Ensures that interpretation of primary market research is generating relevant, actionable, differentiating insights with strategic implications for the early asset portfolio and drives market understanding for prioritized assets
  • Leads commercial assessment activities (including qual/quant treatment pattern and product profile test research, claims analysis, and patient research) for business cases for SMT investment decisions
  • Provides strategic recommendations based on Customer Intelligence insights and drives strategic decisionmaking through the provision, analysis and interpretation of information and metrics
  • Tracks and analyses Brand/competitor performance and strategic drivers
  • Determines appropriate data sources and proactively provides analysis to address business issues and opportunities as well as utilises the most appropriate primary research methodologies and secondary sources to meet objectives
  • Undertakes the more complex and critical market research to support the strategic planning process on behalf of the brand team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysis.
  • Familiarity with medical claims (open or closed) databases, and IQVIA Rx and sales data
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and drivers of the therapeutic area of responsibility
  • Significant experience in Market Research, Forecasting, and Analytics / Performance Reporting
  • Working knowledge of data visualization
  • MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, D3js or similar tools.
  • Ability to work optimally in a crossfunctional team environment in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Strong influencing skills to provide guidance to peers and seniors
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent skills in dealing with excel and power point tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Italian
