We are looking for an engaging and proactive person for managing the logistics and export duties relevant to our Heavy Duty Gas Turbines components.


Responsibilities:


  • Enquire the qualified freight forwarders
  • Select the right freight forwarder
  • Manage the export procedures
  • Manage the relationship with the Italian Customs office and Chamber of Commerce
  • Manage the Letter of Credit and its relevant documents
  • Manage the invoicing process

Required Skills / Knowledge:


  • English fluent (speaking and writing)
  • Incoterms knowledge
  • VAT (IVA) understanding
  • ERP SAP R3 (SD package)
  • Knowledge of the invoicing process

Experience:


  • 2 years minimum in logistics and export departments.

Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma
