Reservation Coordinator

The role of the Reservation Coordinator extends beyond traditional reservations management. This position requires a strong understanding of luxury market technical reservations expertise in five-star properties, paired with analytical thinking and revenue knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all reservation requests from guests, travel advisors, and partners ensuring accurate processing within established timeframes.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on hotel inventory controls, pricing logic, and demand strategy to effectively guide the sale of rooms


• Analyze booking trends to inform rate structures and inventory controls for optimal room allocation


• Liaise closely with Front Office staff to ensure seamless arrivals processes and special request handling

The successful candidate will possess proven experience working in high-volume reservations environments preferably within 5-star hospitality settings. Strong communication skills are required along with proficiency in relevant technology systems including PMS software.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills when dealing with complex bookings inquiries while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
