- Managing support tickets, understanding and classifying reported issues; providing solutions to user problems.
- Involving other company groups when necessary to create a customised solution.
- Collaborating with the R&D department by reporting product issues and enhancement requests and testing their implementation.
- Generating reports on activities carried out.
- Participating in customer projects, providing installation and configuration services, training and start‑up support.
- Improving customer support processes.
- Experience in supporting (internal or external) users of IT products, ideally PLM, PDM or CAD.
- Excellent knowledge of main office automation tools.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS/SQL.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of PLM or PDM products, or alternatively ERP systems.
- Experience in training users of IT products.
- Knowledge of mechanical design software.
- Knowledge of IT service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow).

The Industrial division of TXT E-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a PLM Support Specialist with at least 3 years' experience to join our customer service team that supports customers in the use of PLM systems based on Aras Innovator and the company's proprietary products.

Education
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or management engineering, or other technical faculties.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of English (level B2), good communication skills, a strong aptitude for teamwork and multitasking, and will be focused on completing assigned tasks with accuracy and dedication.
