    Description du poste

    You will join the Access & Security Business Line ( motorization of garage doors and gates and associated accessories) , and your role will be to ensure quality management in projects in order to achieve conformity of the offer in question. You will ensure the customer's promise by treating Quality Problems, within an international context.

    Your missions :

  • Ensure compliance with the development process
  • Coordinate activities related to the quality of projects, taking into account problems and deadlines with teams in France and in Germany.
  • Establish the project quality plan based on requirements
  • Ensure product and process risk analysis
  • Escalate major hazards
  • Provide the deliverables and follows the quality action plans
  • Manage weak signals during the launch phase
  • Guarantee the capitalization of projects' quality data
  • Manage the quality of product changes
  • Handle quality problems with the 8D methodology

    • Au sein de la Business Line Access & Security (motorisation de portes de garages et de portails et accessoires associés) , vous aurez pour mission principale d'assurer la gestion de la qualité dans les projets afin d'atteindre la​ conformité de l'offre visée. Vous vous assurerez de la promesse à client en traitant les problèmes de qualité, et ce dans un contexte international.

    Vos missions :

  • Assurer le respect du processus de développement
  • Coordonner les activités liées à la qualité des projets, en tenant compte des problèmes et des délais avec les équipes en France et en Italie
  • Établir le plan qualité du projet en fonction des exigences
  • Assurer l'analyse des risques liés au produit et au processus
  • Escalader les risques majeurs
  • Fournir les livrables et suivre les plans d'action qualité
  • Gérer les signaux faibles en phase de lancement
  • Garantir la capitalisation des données qualité des projets
  • Gérer la qualité des changements de produits
  • Traiter les problèmes de qualité avec la méthodologie 8D

    • Qualifications

  • You have a significant experience in a similar position, ideally in project quality (min 5 years).
  • General knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
  • Skills in risk analysis, standards/norms, and project management.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and quality tools.
  • Very good level of English and French.
  • Fluency in Italian is a plus.
  • Vous avez une expérience significative sur un poste similaire, idéalement en qualité projet (min 5 ans).
  • Connaissances générales en électronique et mécanique.
  • Compétences en analyses de risques, standards/normes, et en gestion de projet.
  • Connaissance d'outils statistiques et d'outils qualité.
  • Très bon niveau d'anglais et de français.
  • La maîtrise de l'italien est un plus.

  • Contract: Permanent contract
  • Start date: ideally immediately
  • Location: Schio (Italy), Castres or Cluses. Regular travel will be expected, especially for the start of the contract.
  • Contrat: CDI
  • Date de démarrage: idéalement de suite
  • Localisation: Schio (Italie), Castres ou Cluses. Des déplacements réguliers seront à prévoir, surtout le démarrage du CDI.
