Corporate Internal Communication ManagerDevelop and implement communication activities that focus on key company priorities, for the purpose of increasing employees' understanding and engagement within the business.

Responsibilities include developing and driving communications on strategic projects to support the business.

Your MissionDevelop a comprehensive internal communication plan to deliver strategic company messagesCreate an environment of shared understanding and engagement to support the businessDrive communications on company-wide critical projects, including strategy definition, planning, and implementationHarvest News stories from across the business for publicationShape and convey the corporate image in ways that promote the business and its valuesWork with stakeholders to plan and deliver internal communications for change programmesInclude evidence-based practices in the comm.

strategy Manage and continuously improve campaign and messaging strategy. Regularly audit the used channels to ensure they are good fit for our culture and strategySupport production of internal communication dashboards for campaigns and channel related metrics and insightsProtect and support development of tone of Sidel's voice and imageIdentify inefficiencies and drive improvements in processes, content management and toolsYour ProfilePrdoven experience as Corporate Communications Specialist or similar positionExperience in project management and execution of communication campaigns and/or initiativesExcellent in writing and editing skills, and presentation design skillExcellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. XLS, PPT); photo and video-editing software is a plusExpert in social media platformsGood oral presentation skillsGood in data analyticsPerfect proficiency in English; Italian, French, Spanish or Chinese a plusAbility to work in autonomy and with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executivesExperience in multinational companies / multicultural environment is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
