A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Setting the tables
Organizing the restaurant's mise en place
Runner between the dining room and the kitchen
Clean the equipment and tables
Greet and welcoming customers in the absence of the person in charge
Handle the bill and cash register if necessary
Refill dishes and clean the breakfast buffet
Breakfast cafeteria preparation
If necessary, deliver room service meal
Acknowledging service standards and sequence of service
Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests
Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Focus on food allergies and intolerance
Able to use the POS system.
Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, and public area, making recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
Reporting to Restaurant Manager / Assistant
