Job summary
At Avio Aero we invent the future of flight and bring people home safely.We are looking for a CNC Programmer to study define write test optimize and approve CAM programs for production of aluminum magnesium steel parts on CNC machines.
The job involves receiving input documentation from manufacturing engineer verifying producibility of parts using selected machine defining machining strategies with manufacturing engineer fixtures cutting tool specialists identifying machine to be used number of operations material removal phases type of machining most suitable for dimensional specifications of part designing CNC programs using CAM systems such as Unigraphics NX or similar simulating with software such as Vericut starting from probing process to finishing operations planning validation testing activities relating to machining programs updating process documentation relating to CNC programs tools etc. supporting technological improvement area operating directly leading projects introducing new technologies supporting those already started.
