- Accurate data entry in systems, including creating new opportunities, projects, and quotations
- Communication with suppliers and Procurement team to ensure correct recording of invoices
- Assisting in the monthly closure process and preparing reports for the Management Team
- Monitoring timesheets and ensuring deadlines are met
- Handling invoicing tasks
- Assisting in the analysis of monthly results
- Supporting project controlling activities for accurate data and reporting
- Collaborating with Project Managers to review project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Assisting the team with inquiries and ad hoc project tasks
- Experience in project support or a similar role with knowledge of process-driven operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with databases, familiarity with MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong numerical skills
- Commercial awareness and background in consultancy or engineering is desirable
- Interest in fast-paced project environments with a practical approach to work
- Fluency in English and Italian required
