OPPORTUNITY:

For our Italy offices, we are looking for a brilliant professional to cover the
Purchasing Manager / Senior Buyer role.

The resource will be placed in a collaborative and very stimulating environment where continuous growth is the centre element of our Team.

You will be supported and involved in international projects with the aim of acquiring a mix of skills to complete your professional profile and face complex challenges in the world of Industry 4.0.

Our strategy bases its success on placing People at the centre as the main element of continuous improvement.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Management of direct relationships with suppliers
Entry of supplier master data
Receipt of the goods and insertion of the sales and/or order delivery documents
Warehouse reporting (inventories, stock checks, picking lists)
Registration of order confirmations
Supplier order timing monitoring
Management and control of incoming material
Verification of purchase invoices
Management of any complaints and returns

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics with specialization in Administration, Finance and Marketing

Minimum experience level:
Medium/High

Languages:
Good knowledge of English (B2/C1)

Other researched aspects:

Proactive and positive attitude
Experience in the Purchasing Department (plus)
A strong interest in the industrial automation sector (appreciated)
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
Good communication and customer service skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
