    Your team
    The Customer Value Management mission is to maximize the lifetime value of Snai's Online customer base through engagement and promotional strategies tailored to different segments, and by delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints, while providing actionable business insights and ensuring robust data governance for the online domain.
    Your role
    As a CVM Active Players Associate Manager, you will support the design and execution of targeted campaigns for online casino and betting players to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will analyse player behaviour, segment active customers, and optimize promotions to maximize participation and ROI. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Loyalty, and IT teams, you will contribute to campaign planning, testing, and performance monitoring. You will also produce insights, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and continuously improve player engagement strategies.
    What You'll Do

    • Support the design and execution of CVM strategies for active online casino and betting players, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Plan and execute private promotional campaigns (bonuses, free bets, missions, rewards) tailored to player behavior, value, and activity patterns.
    • Analyse player data to segment active customers and optimize promotional targeting, timing, and mechanics.
    • Monitor and manage promotional budgets and bonus allocations, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and sustainable.
    • Track and analyze CVM performance KPIs (retention, frequency, value, campaign uplift, redemption) and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare dashboards, reports, and management presentations to communicate insights and support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Loyalty, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure promotions are delivered effectively and align with business objectives.
    What You'll Bring
    • +3 years of experience in CVM, online player engagement, digital promotions, or marketing within the i-Gaming, online betting, or casino industry.
    • Solid understanding of online casino and sports betting products, player lifecycle, and engagement levers.
    • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present findings and recommendations clearly.
    • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
    • Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
