The Opportunity: Board Advisor

We are looking for experienced, strategic leaders to join the advisory boards of our portfolio startups as Board Advisors, with the opportunity to co-invest.

This is a flexible, remote, part-time role designed for senior professionals who want to actively shape high-potential ventures in the AI and tech ecosystem.

What the Role Entails

• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with founders, CEOs, and FoolFarm's leadership team to define growth, positioning, and execution strategies.
• Targeted Expertise: Contribute hands-on experience in scaling, AI adoption, go-to-market, fundraising, M&A, and international expansion.
• Fundraising & Capital Access: Support fundraising activities through your network and strategic insight, from Pre-Seed to Series A and beyond.
• Governance & Performance: Ensure strong governance, risk management, and alignment between vision, execution, and results.
• Investment Opportunity: Possibility to invest directly in selected portfolio companies.

Compensation

Advisors are compensated through a combination of:

• Equity participation in Foolfarm and/or portfolio companies
• Performance-based incentives
• Optional advisory fees (case-dependent)

Compensation reflects long-term value creation and active involvement.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking senior leaders with a strong entrepreneurial and investment mindset, including:

• Proven experience as Founder, C-Level Executive, Investor, or Board Member
• Strong background in AI, technology, digital transformation, or scalable business models
• Solid understanding of early-stage venture dynamics
• High-quality international professional network
• Availability for flexible, part-time engagement
• Prior experience in early-stage investing is a plus
