We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Grassobbio, Bergamo. If you are passionate about human resources and have a strong background in the field, we want to hear from you

Responsabilità:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Your excellent planning and organizational skills will be essential in managing the selection process and guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your attention to detail and commitment to process excellence will be key in handling the administrative tasks related to HR reporting and analysis.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our employees by managing development plans and engagement activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

A degree in humanities or law is required, and fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
