    OverviewDassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Solution Consultant to join our pre-sales organization and support customers in the Infrastructure, Energy & Materials industries in their digital transformation journey.In this role, you will help customers understand how to maximize the value of Dassault Systèmes' portfolio by leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to translate business challenges into solution scenarios, demonstrating how industry processes and digital technologies can transform the way organizations design, build, and operate.Role Description & Responsibilities

    Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives, and processes within the Infrastructure, Energy & Materials domainPrepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and POC showcasing the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE PlatformCollaborate with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and proposal developmentContribute to maximizing deal value by identifying relevant solution extensions, roles, and services aligned with customer needsEnsure alignment between the proposed solution and the customer's target processes, supporting a smooth transition from pre-sales to project executionContinuously develop expertise across multiple product brands (e.g. ENOVIA, CATIA, NETVIBES) and understand how they address industry-specific business processes.

    Qualifications

    A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or related disciplines)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assimilate new information and work effectively in a dynamic team environmentConfidence in customer-facing interactions, including presenting solutions, leading discussions, and participating in workshopsInterest in learning new technologies and applying digital solutions to complex industrial and sustainability challengesAbility to articulate the end-to-end value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, connecting technology to business outcomes (nice to have)A structured and organized working approach, combined with flexibility, self-motivation, and adaptabilityExperience or familiarity with BIM and digital engineering tools commonly used in Infrastructure, Energy & Materials projectsFluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
