    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement and management of food, beverage, and controllable costs for our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing purchasing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and profitability
    • Maintain accurate inventory controls and conduct regular audits
    • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
    • Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management
    • Coordinate and implement accounting work and projects as assigned
    • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing or related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to analyze data and make sound financial decisions
    • Knowledge of accounting software and computer systems
