Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Modena.

You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

You will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

Within the Technical Support Excellence organization we are looking for as a
Services Readiness Associate. A new colleague to be an ambassador for Services, focusing to deliver "Right First Time".

You will interact with Development & Technology, Regions & Markets with the responsibility of securing Services readiness for solutions & products under development.

You will be Responsible for ensuring Services Readiness, securing that quality history and services requirements are properly collected and support and follow up on the validation and deployment of the new solutions.

You will be reporting to the Manager Services Readiness, and you will be part of an engaged and dynamic team supporting our businesses (Packaging, Processing & Services).

This position will be based in Modena (Italy), but you will work in a global arena and you will travel approximately 20% of your time.

What you will do:

Represent Services in D&T governance forums, bringing the Voice of the Customers
Responsible for Services deliverables in assigned development activities
Participate in the work related to Quality History
Contribute in External Validation activities of Solutions
Responsible for Services deliverables in assigned development activities
Collaborate in activities together with other departments (using project management skills and tools)
Participate in Services crossfunctional project teams when required
Own best Practices, in the form of written documents, videos or other suitable media
Collaborate with required teams to support issue resolution and system support

University degree in technical area.
You are a selfmotivated person with a drive to seek knowledge and add value to the team and organization
You have great networking skills and an ability to work across borders
You are a true team player, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
You have ability to listen and you are able to present your findings
You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context.
You have project management and communication skills. You are fluent in English, written and spoken
