Position:

At BVLGARI RM Headquarter, we are looking for an experienced Omnichannel Digital Operations specialist.

The role will build the EXPERIENTIAL DIGITAL OPERATION STRATEGY and roadmap, based on the digital store operation ambitions in terms of revenues growth, in store CX elevation, increase customer lifetime value and in store efficiency.

The role will spread the area vision and create a common understanding of the digital store experiential area inside Bulgari.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Omnichannel Digital Operations roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders and continuous prioritization
  • Mentor and drive change management with corporate and local teams to guarantee a seamless digital transformation and increase the adoption of new tools /technology/process in the store, maintaining focus and engagement.
  • Explore and understand Markets needs and drive a user centric approach in the cross functional team, closely interacting with local team to gather store needs, identify area of improvement and implement gotomarket strategies.
  • Identify the business challenges and the changes needed to develop and improve the digital store operation products.
  • Optimize existing functionalities and digital tools and launch new ones related to in store experience (i.e. product configurators, digital catalogue, virtual appointment and showroom) and drive to store (i.e. storelocator, store virtualization, Google My Business) to elevate the shopping experience and improve CX.
  • Establishing a monitoring system and reporting requirement for adoption and key tool metrics, choose key performance indicators to aggregate, analyze and report on results.
  • Deploy and communicate these new features to users in close collaboration with the team in charge of rollout, by developing, in collaboration with the adoption specialist, the documentation necessary for training and adoption follow up and by making adaptations to local specificities.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a Digital related discipline, Business, Economics or Engineering
  • At least 3 years' experience in Retail Management preferably in Luxury companies.
  • Ability to manage limited resources to meet delivery dates
  • Ability to adapt with changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude
  • Aility to operate with Agile method (e.g. Design Thinking, Scrum, Value Stream Mapping) will represent a plus
  • Digital//Ecommerce/Project-Product is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technical terminology and Ecom, digital retail store tools IT architectures
  • Ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness, while maintaining attention to details
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as fluency in English. Second Language is a plus.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, well organized and able to work towards challenging deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Interest/experience for digital technologies, UX/CX design and business development
