We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Specialist Travel Retail to join our headquarters in Milan.

Reporting to the Go to Market & Business Development Coordinator, he/she will have the following responsibilities:


Adapt TR trade marketing strategy & tools to EU TR context and needs Optimize all marketing resources available, adapt and present them to each key client in close collaboration with KAMs Plan and ensure category management, tailor made per retailer/nation/store/subchannel Ensure the availability & development of all necessary marketing tools and merchandising elements to maximize promotional plan efficiency (Merchandising, Visuals, leaflets, Gift with Purchase, 360, Products and Retailers presentation, etc.) Inspire and analyze reports to feed insights that will help the team drive sell out & market share growth strategies Prepare the new launches and the best practice of our competitors and from LM Europe best in class examples.

Secure the availability or development of all necessary Digital and e-retail tools to maximize the sales and the animation/promotion plan efficiency Efficiently plan and monitor sales & Posm volumes across all Budget & forecast sessions Prepare visual merchandising recommendationof all POS in line with Categories guidelines Define planograms per door in line with the assortment Ensure the availability of development of all necessary merchandising tools to maximize promotional plan efficiency (Merchandising Guideline, Merchandising Animation Brief...) Update on Merchandising and Animation trend Produce and follow the Animation in collaboration with Global Merchandising Team and the GTM Team Reporting Coordinate and prepare monthly Marketing and Merchandising reports analysis and key facts of each client with Kam and to support TR EU Management and HQ with useful feedbacks Keep a regular alignment with HQ to ensure brand equity and align message to consumers and retailers University Degree in business with Marketing and Sales focus A previous experience (>2 years) in Marketing/Trade Marketing preferably in Fashion/Luxury business, and/or direct retail Ability to teamwork within a dynamic and fast-growing environment Organizational and time management skills Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Creativity and innovation Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks Highly energized and motivated, high level of commitment Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power Point Fluent knowledge of English, Italian fluent, French as a preferred extra asset
