YOUR (FUTURE?) JOB
The Sales Account Specialist will work to grow and maintain the adoption of HiPay products in Italy.

This position is based in Milan with the possibility of 2 days of remote work.

The Sales Account Specialist will be responsible for generating new transaction volume for the company.

In this context, these are your missions:

  • Perfect knowledge of HiPay products, offers and procedures
  • Data Analysis capability
  • Management and development of an assigned portfolioManagement and resolution of all customers issue
Identification of selling and up-selling opportunities

  • Scout new prospects
  • Build relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulously report on the ongoing status of each relationship
  • Keep track of KPIsYOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF...
  • You are results orientated, you have a strong personality with hard commercial skills
  • Flexible, informal and professional you also have elegant communication skills
  • You have a real knowledge and interest of the fintech word and payment ecosystem
  • You have minimum 3+ years of working experience with entrepreneurial mindset and complex sales capability
  • You have experience and proficiency in building relationships with senior level decision makers

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • First interview with a Key Account Manager and the People & Office Manager
  • Second interview with a Talent Manager based in our French Office
  • Last interview with General Manager of Hipay Italy and/or the General Manager of HiPay Portugal
