- Maintaining relationships with suppliers for the procurement of spare parts and supporting the team in scouting new potential suppliers.
- Monitoring the order confirmation process and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery dates.
- Updating spare parts commitments into purchase orders in SAP.
- You will support the department for timely management of suppliers in terms of costs, delivery, and quality, utilizing company management systems to handle contracts.
- Supporting and collaborating with Spare Parts, Logistics and Warehouse and other Coesia's Departments.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma as a Mechanical Technician, preferably with IFTS course.
- Good command of OfficeSuite (Excel, Ppt).
- Full proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and being a real team player.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
