We are looking for:

We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor with a background in process piping for our customer in Skellefteå, Sweden. This opportunity offers the possibility for an employment contract either for a couple of months or several years.

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will:

Coordinate and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of process piping systems on construction projects (Brownfield).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute the piping and mechanical equipment installation process
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of piping activities, regularly reporting progress
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that piping installations comply with project requirements and industry standards.
Implement and enforce safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols throughout the construction site.

Review and approve work permits, work orders, and change orders

To succeed, you have:

At least juniorlevel experience from working as a mechanical supervisor
Experience in welding is considered a benefit
Great communication and interpersonal skills
The right attitude to be able to grow professionally
Fluent English skills, other language skills are considered a benefit
Suitable education in engineering studies
