Descrizione del lavoro:
Perform a variety of scheduling and expediting duties related to material requirements planning. Determines the resources necessary to ensure an uninterrupted supply to support production and sales. Primarily concerned with raw material or finished/fabricated parts required in accordance with manufacturing schedules.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensures that materials are costeffective.
  • Assists in determining and ensuring the quality of materials.
  • Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials to manufacture the product.
  • Works to resolve materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school Diploma.
  • Two four years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Experienced office role that requires knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.

Works under immediate supervision and problems are typically routine in nature, but may at times require deviation from standard procedures or interpretation.
