Role Description:

Position Type: Full-time Summer Internship

Location: On-site in Milan and Madrid

Dates:

• Milan: May 1, 2024, to June 21, 202
• Madrid: June 22, 2024, to August 3, 2024

The intern must be able to join the program in both locations.

Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core team throughout the entire program, including:

Customer Support:

• Provide 24/7 assistance to our students studying abroad
• Resolve issues, offer translation support, and provide emergency assistance
• Assist and manage students during organized trips and events

Program Logistics:

• Coordinate transportation cards, welcome packs, and program phones
• Manage lists, handle airport pickups, and facilitate accommodation checkins

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who can collaborate effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of our students

Strong Organizational Skills:

• Ability to plan and manage various aspects of the program, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and activity scheduling.

Effective Communication:

• Clear communication with students, program staff, and external partners to keep everyone wellinformed.

Patience and Flexibility:

• Adaptability to changes in the program schedule and the ability to handle unexpected situations.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is preferred but not required.
