The Innovation Account Director manages highly creative and inventive client collaboration projects and tech-based advertising campaigns from inception to delivery within a unique forward-thinking team that specializes in innovation, technology and gaming.


Your
responsibilities:


  • Lead governance and ways of working within the creative innovation team comprised of international talent in a fastpaced and in a constantly changing dynamic environment.
  • Organize, coordinate and orchestrate the team's time and project needs, matrix and status while communicating those effectively to the to the team members.
  • Support and contribute project management and crossorganizational skills to any pitch and new business development opportunities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with agency's stakeholders within and outside of the organization both on a local and global levels.
  • Together with Client Service Director, define and agree on internal scope of work within the team and lead this scope directly with key global clients and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead tech projects and campaign developments together with the clients in a winwin collaborative approach, while overseeing each step of the way from brief to production and delivery, managing multiple suppliers, partners and clients to ensure best outcome and mitigating risks on a project.
  • Compile an estimate for agreed scopes of work, forecast resources needed for each project while working closely with relevant teams to keep them up to date and secure needed resources for the project's success.
  • Making sure projects are delivered within the agreed scope and time frame, while managing ongoing changes and needs appropriately.
  • Leading and maintaining quality, timing, budget and financial status of all projects and campaigns.
  • Thrive on challenges and find new ways to solve them with a proactive, collaborative and supportive team spirit.

Qualifications

In your
past experience:


  • Overall 8+ years of proven work experience combined of account management in an ad agency, with strong project management skills and ideally working with a tech company (as a client), or even better, working directly for an innovationled tech company.
  • 5+ years of experience in the advertising agency world is a must.
  • Demonstrate a proven experience in successfully working with creative and account teams implementing innovative solutions, while managing endto end campaign and techrelated product streams, while working with different stake holders.
  • Experience in leading and developing endtoend 360 communication strategies and campaigns for global brands and international clients (from brief to production and delivery).
  • Gained understanding of technology trends and product development processes, exposure to tech company culture, bringing agile mindset and ways of working (understanding how this is different from the traditional advertising processes and approach is key).

If
you are:


  • Fluent in English is a must, speaking Italian and/or any additional languages is a plus.
  • Adaptable with strong project status & processes skillset, able to make use of relevant resources and tools.
  • Passionate go getter, proactive thinker, and creative problem solver while bringing an energetic "startup" approach.
  • Curious about tech and innovation, constantly thinking about the next trend and cultural news in consumers life and what takes us further.
  • Knowledgeable to some extend about technologies used in digital development, being comfortable to hold a conversation regarding technical processes, issues and solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, supportive and teambased approach, flexible mindset with an agile attitude.
  • Empathetic and friendly communicator with high communications skills.
