    The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with diverse clients to comprehend their business practices, ensure their objectives are achieved, and clients can effectively utilize Ticketmaster products/platforms.
    THE ROLE
    Joining the Event Management team means supporting Ticketmaster clients with all their event management requirements. This involves creating and updating events based on client requests.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    This role entails collecting, reviewing, and entering accurate data into the Ticketmaster Host system following established standards and best practices, then verifying the results. The toolset for this position includes Host and Host applications, EventPro, EMT, and TM1 suite products.
    • Exceed Event Management service level agreements
    • Input event data correctly into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve event-related errors
    • Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments like marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support, and client support when organizing events and sharing event information
    • Develop relationships with assigned clients
    • Participate in an on-call rotation, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays for client support
    • Occasionally handle other assigned duties from the Senior Event Specialist, EM Manager, or Regional Director of Event Management
    REQUIRED SKILLS (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
    • 1-3 years' experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience, with knowledge of the Ticketmaster system
    • Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
    • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and understanding of the entertainment industry are essential
    • Awareness of how different TM departments impact each other and external clients is beneficial
    • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
    • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and data entry skills
    • Computer literacy and attention to detail
    • H. S. diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred
