- Definire, in accordo con il Post Order Manager e con l'Expediting & Inspection Category Manager/Head of Department, la tipologia di expediting da effettuare e la necessaria frequenza, in linea con il budget assegnato alla fornitura;
- Monitorare gli avanzamenti e il rispetto del budget di expediting previsto per la fornitura assegnata attraverso l'utilizzo dei tools aziendali;
- Attivare tutti i canali di comunicazione verso il fornitore, verificando nel corso della fornitura la massima funzionalita' ed efficienza;
- Verificare e definire con il Vendor le fasi principali della fornitura e monitorarne il rispetto. Evidenziare scostamenti negativi con comunicazioni dedicate indicando la tipologia del problema, impatti previsti e interventi di recupero da mettere in atto e/o già concordati con il fornitore;
- Verificare e validare, in accordo con il Post Order Manager e con l'Expediting & Inspection Category Manager/Head of Department, eventuali criticita' di qualita' che possano avere impatti sul mantenimento delle delivery contrattuali, ivi incluso la programmazione delle ispezioni;
- Verificare e monitorare, con il supporto delle funzioni tecniche, che il Vendor produca tutta la documentazione richiesta dal contratto, con particolare attenzione ai documenti "Key" e quelli necessari per il corretto proseguo della fornitura;
- Monitorare i tempi necessari per i cicli approvativi della documentazione prevista per il progetto e definita normalmente nel documento "Vendor deliverable list"; promuovere inoltre interventi tra Vendor e servizi tecnici, evidenziando eventuali scostamenti con probabili impatti negativi sul raggiungimento della data contrattuale;
- Produrre report di expediting, nei tempi concordati e comunque sempre a seguito di qualsiasi attività svolta verso il fornitore;
- Richiedere al fornitore informazioni, in anticipo rispetto alla data contrattuale, circa pesi e volumi, Packing list preliminari, disegni di trasporto e verificarne l'attendibilità;
- Analizzare i report di expediting ricevuti da agenzie esterne, segnalando le criticità e concordando, in collaborazione con il Post Order Manager e con le altre funzioni competenti, le azioni correttive, monitorandone l'esecuzione e i risultati;
- Verificare, nel caso di utilizzo di agenzie esterne per attività di expediting, il rispetto del contratto in essere tra le parti;
- A fronte dell'esito positivo dell'ispezione finale, provvedere al rilascio tecnico del materiale tecnico del materiale attraverso i tool aziendali.
- Laurea o Diploma in Ingegneria o discipline tecniche
- Esperienza pregressa di tre anni in contesti strutturati
