We are looking for a new
Sales Manager - Indirect channel that will be responsible of the development and maintaining of existing business increasing customer loyalty and, at the same time, develop market share and deliver sales growth on both existing and new customers.


You will manage the relationships with distributors and wholesalers and guide energetically the business development and strategic growth with Clients and Prospects.

Responsibilities:


In this role, you will work with the team across the market and develop Sales strategies, identifying new potential Business sectors, develop new Customers and consolidate the relationships with the current Customer Portfolio.

Some of the job responsibilities on a day-to-day basis include:

  • Develop a good network of contacts in the highest level for Wholesalers and distributors channel.
  • Create a positive first contact experience to all customers.
  • Implement and monitoring of the sales activities in Italian country.
  • Identify areas for growth and define action plans and targets together with the team an sales drivers colleagues at Business Unit level.
  • Define the sales strategies to achieve the sales targets, creating the business plan and identifying and managing the sales activities and partnerships.
  • Achievement of the objectives in terms of revenue, margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting activities and data analysis related to the selling and Market Intelligence and forecast.

Background & Skills:


  • Educational Background in Mechanical Engineer field, or equivalent area, will be considered.
  • Strong experience gained in medium/highly structured companies, consistent with refrigeration and air conditioning or plumbing and heating systems field.
  • Good knowledge of market, related to Wholesalers and distributors channel.
  • Previous experience related to understanding and meeting customers' needs and expectations, within the developing of winwin Strategies.
  • Previous experience in driving and supporting an experienced sales team, taking care of their growth and of their needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong commercial aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Available to travel throughout the Italian Country and at international level.
