Your new adventure:

The Business Development Team is the driving force behind the growth of FreewayCamper.

This is how we lay the foundation for and in new countries, work out promising partnerships and develop them successfully for our partners as well as for us.

What does that mean exactly?

Build the strategy and boost our market presence in Italy
Identify and acquire valuable rental partners for FreewayCamper and grow the Italian market
Build strong relationships with new and existing partners and work closely with them to improve profitability
Take ownership of all aspects of the business development & sales cycle
Strive strategic topics to optimize and build up our business further
Be based in Italy to be able to meet our partners quickly (but work mostly remotely or in coworking in Milan)

Your background:

You have a business degree to understand all connections
As a professional you already gained several years in sales & business development
You are characterized by your independent, reliable and structured way of working, as well as your communication skills
You are a native speaker in Italian and business fluent in English
You bring flexibility, your ability to think "out of the box" and your handsonmentality
You have a passion for your job and best possible also for camping, automotive and outdoor experience

We are FreewayCamper, an emerging start up from Munich and we have the vision to digitalize the camping market. We offer our users the complete camping package. With us you can easily book a wide variety of campers, campsites and additional packages online. You can find our campers either at our own stations or at our franchise partners. The exciting journey started in 2019.

By now we have 100+ great people supporting us either in our headquarters in Munich, in our hubs in Warsaw and Zagreb or at our stations.
