Home Care Physiotherapist Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled physiotherapist to deliver client-focused care in our community-based program. As a home care physiotherapist, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized rehabilitation programs that support their independence at home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, assessments, and rehabilitation programs to support clients' independence at home;


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients;


• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.

Skills & Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution;


• CURRENT AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist; We require candidates who have strong communication skills, empathy towards patients undergoing physical therapy or personal crisis (physical or mental health) management services so they feel comfortable discussing these topics during sessions without fear feeling judged when expressing themselves openly enough where everyone feels included!
