Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of offers and orders for spare parts & services for customers worldwide
- Direct customer contact regarding offers, orders and spare parts deliveries
- Operation of our internal ERP system
- Navision
- General administrative tasks
Our requirements:
- Commercial or technical education
- Professional experience in after sales or customer care is an advantage
- Knowledge of Navision would be ideal
- Language skills: German, Italian, English ideal, at least two very good
