MAIN PURPOSE

  • Reporting to the _Head of Communication_, _the Events Manager will define the events strategy and the budget, according to the international guidelines and market specificities, in order to effectively communicate the business strategy and the Maison identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with the Management team to develop and implement the business plan and longterm strategy for events organization
  • Designing, planning, and executing the annual events calendar, according to the international guideline
  • Managing the whole process and leading suppliers of each project dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Budgeting: estimates, negotiation, administrative processes, security departments, agencies and contracts and lead general logistic management
  • Managing and overseeing our Cartier event team, with the purpose of organizing events that enhance our organization's image and improve client loyalty
  • Working with the team to analyze and to review the effectiveness of the event through mail and feedback sessions with all the team members involved in the event (Product managers, CRM, Merchandising, Retail/Wholesale, Sale Assistants) with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Researching and analyzing events of competition and best practices
  • Researching and securing new venues, agencies, and suppliers
