Albelissa è una società internazionale che offre servizi ad alto valore aggiunto nel campo della ricerca e selezione di personale qualificato e nell'executive search.Siamo alla ricerca di un/una PROCURER-BUYER per conto di una prestigiosa società Industrial operante a livello nazionale ed internazionale nei settori security system & gate/barriers automation.
Responsabilità ed Attività:
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un ambiente dinamico e internazionale con forte spinta all'innovazione tecnologica.
Le attività che coinvolgeranno la risorsa comprenderanno:
• Rilascio degli ordini di acquisto e li gestisce fino al ricevimento dei materiali;
• Garanzia dell'approvvigionamento dei materiali;
• Controllo del piano delle consegne dei materiali per garantire il puntuale asservimento delle linee produttive
• Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori di riferimento, assicurando l'accuratezza delle date di consegna e la correttezza del materiale in ingresso in termini di qualità, quantità e tempistiche;
• Rilascio degli ordini di acquisto ed invio ai fornitori, inserimento dati a sistema per garantire il piano di produzione;
• Interfaccia con i dipartimenti Purchasing della stessa classe merceologica;
• Lettura dell'MRP attività di expediting in collaborazione con gli scheduler della produzione;
• Anagrafica relativa ai codici di acquisto: phase in/out;
• Verifiche su MOQ, SS e Lead Time;
• Gestione degli ordini di conto lavoro esterno.
Requisiti tecnici:
• Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o Elettronica (preferibilmente);
• Pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in strutture acquisti/procurement di realtà produttive strutturate, sarà considerata come un plus;
• Conoscenza delle logiche di MRP e analisi dei fabbisogni;
• Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
• Proattività e ottime doti comunicative.

Esperienza pregressa nella funzione acquisti e conoscenza delle logiche MRP.
