Have you a proven track record in fast moving consumer goods sales, working proficiently with P&L modelling and repeat cycle processes with key strategic customers? If yes, then our role as Account Manager working collaboratively with one of our main retail customers could be the opportunity you are looking for.
About the Role
We're looking for an Account Manager for Lombardia and Veneto to join our committed and friendly commercial sales team to work on one of our most strategic GDO, Wholesales and Drugstores accounts.
Our main retailer brands include everyday hygiene essentials such as _Tena, Nuvenia, Demakup and Tempo _and you will be working on all these with your customer, utilizing your cross functional experience to be able to deliver a growth agenda.
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
What You Will Do
- Build commercial relationships with customers and ensure delivery of excellent customer service for allocated customers negotiating plan and conditions
- Prepare short and longrange sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
- Introduce new products and services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients to drive sales expansion.
- Maintain and retain longterm customer relationships with established clients and ensure that clients receive high quality customer service
- Involve appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs
- Proactively look for opportunities to grow sales, whilst achieving company profit targets
Who You Are
- Proven commercial FMCG sales experience as Regional Account Manager, Store Account or Trade Marketing Specialist
- Proven resilience, proactiveness and customer focus to ensure development of strong business relationships internally and externally
- Communicates with passion and focus on deliverables
- Potential to grow in the role and become a leader in the future
- Good knowledge of English
Locations preferred:
Brescia, Bergamo, Verona
