For this reason, we are looking for reinforcement in the HR development team through a HR Development Manager (M/F/d).
YOUR TASKS

  • Definition and implementation of development concepts for all Loacker Group employees
  • Support for employees and managers through individual development plans
  • Support and further development of our trainee programs
  • Support in the further development of the corporate culture by implementing employee surveys and various crosscompany projects
  • Close cooperation with the training and development team as well as with the organizational development team (e.g. internal recruiting)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Sound education with HR focus
  • Relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR development
  • Proactivity and openness, strategic thinking and pragmatic attitude
  • Creativity in finding solutions and courage to break new ground
  • Communication skills, team spirit
  • Very good language skills in German, Italian and English
