MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the relationship with third party suppliers including negotiating commercial conditions and relying with legal dept to make sure all contracts are correctly applyied;
Manage the relationship with top management and internal stakeholders to make sure that the group is fully aligned on the commercial third party strategy;
Implement direct activities to maintain PLM and SAP such as: supplier codes, product masterdata, wholesale cost, srp, inforecord;
Coordinate internal functions to make sure that from an operative perspective all functions are aligned on the third party strategy and store level deployment (procurement, planning, retail/ecom merchandiser, visual merchandiser);
Continuously alignment with retail merchandising and category management team;
Manage contractors and suppliers.

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

Educational Background in economics / general management /management engineering;
At least 5 years of experience in eyewear industry;
Strong problem solving skills;
Solid experience with office software packages, SAP is a plus, PLM is a plus;
Solid experience in negotiating with suppliers;
Solid experience in managing internal and external stakeholders;
Solid experience in understanding financial impacts.
