    She/he drives the business development activities by defining new products and roadmap, promoting and supporting the design-in process at customers with the objective of maximizing sales and market share in the assigned perimeter.

    Knowledge of the Industrial market with focus on Battery Management ICs is considered as a plus
    She/he will closely cooperate with the ST Regional organizations [Marketing/Sales] as well as with and other Divisional organizations as needed;
    Travelling for visiting customers / support other activities abroad is a required activity.

    She/he will use her/his knowledge of the market and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with divisional/regional teams, proposing the most appropriate technical solutions for addressing customers needs.

    She/he facilitates the technical presentation and training on the entire product portfolio to customers, and/or to the regional marketing/sales counterparts.

    She/he contributes to assess ST product positioning, defines key areas to focus, provide technical support as necessary.
    She/he Cooperates with the Business Management team to release the 3/5Y plans .

    She/he contribute in defining the most appropriate marketing strategy (new products introduction, customers to focus, new product needs, products road map, collaterals, competition analysis, new IP's needed).
