We currently operate in 15 European markets, have been awarded as the "eshop of the year" in several countries, and have millions of customers who share our passion for fitness and health.

We are currently looking for a new colleague in Italy who is eager to learn and grow implementing new ideas that will help us become No.

1 fitness e-shop in the Italian market.

Are you up for the challenge?

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?:

• Preparation of a plan with a Head of Local Marketing on a Q basis for all marketing and communication channels;
• Prepares and creates local content on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YoutTube, Threads etc.;
• Prepares and executes newsletters;
• Controlling and supervising the work of the translators for translating content created by the marketing team;
• Helping organizing and attend on photo and video shootings, events or other campaings;
• Helping the Head of Local Marketing with the preparation of local promotions and discounts;
• Evaluating data and creating accurate reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and measure its performance;
• Collaborating with business, marketing and other teams on relevant large

- and small-scale projects;

• Execution of other marketing activities given by the Head of Local Marketing;
• Is able to come up with "out of box" marketing campaigns or propositions which will lead to generation of profit and building of brand awareness; Stays uptodate with current technologies and helps identify social media and marketing trends and key opportunities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:

• 2Y+ experience in marketing or/also as social media manager;
• Graduate of university with focus on marketing, communication and media or similar relevant field;
• Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
• Fluent in English and native in Italian;
• Demonstrated capabilities in social media, communications, marketing strategy and have the ability to maintain a fastpaced, independent and fluid workflow;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for social media platforms;
• Experience in preparation short videos for Tik Tok;
• Able to prepare evaluations of campaigns independently;
• Drive for new ideas and creative thinking;
• Able to balance datadriven decisionmaking and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
• Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work;
• A passion for the health industry and lifestyle.
