Gruppo TecnoFerrari, an Italian dynamic player in AGVs, intralogistic, warehouse automation, for various industries, having a branch in Cookeville TN USA.

The Sales and Business Development Manager will have the target to increase the presence and revenue in the USA market for Gruppo TecnoFerrari.

Direct Report:
General Manager, Chief Sales Officier.

Main activities:

Define Business Development strategies with HQ.
Visit customers and potential customers in USA territory.
Promoting the range of company products with a technical consultancy approach;
Search for new partners, agents and customers;
Define Business Development strategies with HQ.
Follow offers requests and definition in collaboration with HQ delegates.
Commercial Negotiation.
Gather information on market trends and main competitors;
Supervise the delivery and aftersales phase;
Indicative age: 35/50
Proven experience the same role in companies providing agvs, intralogisitc automation, logistic automation, robotics.
Knowledge in agvs, intralogistic and logistic automation.
Attitude for analyzing customers and market needs.
Communication and Negotiation skills.
Ability to create new relationships and business opportunities.
Consulting and proactive approach.
Willingness to frequent travels.

Position and remuneration aligned to proven experience and contacts.
