Internal Audit and Compliance-BOCCONI Internship - Milan, Italia - Adecco Italia
Descrizione
We are looking for an intern to join the Compliance 231 & Internal Audit Division.In particular, the intern will be supporting a small, dynamic and cross-functional team in the following activities:
• Assist the team in internal audit activities to assess the effectiveness of the Internal Control System
• Support the identification of procedures and relevant documentation and the analysis of documentation and data.
• Collaborate in the preparation of project outputs including audit reports, including the documentation of results and recommendations.
• Help in monitoring corrective interventions identified in the audit recommendation follow-up phase.
• Provide support to colleagues from other Units in maintaining and updating internal procedures and policies in line with Legislative Decree 231/01.
Requirements
• Graduated with a Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business, Analytics/Innovation, Management/Management Engineering, Law;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong interest in compliance, corporate ethics, and governance.
• Written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language.
We are offering a 6 months paid internship.
