Job summary
We are looking for an Italy Country Manager to lead and further develop AOP Health's business in Italy.A country manager is responsible for leading teams throughout various regions or countries within an organization. They oversee all aspects of operations including sales management team members who handle customer relations as well as administrative tasks such as handling finances marketing strategy planning product launches budgeting forecasting performance analysis reporting compliance monitoring data collection market trends research competitor analysis industry events participation travel coordination project management training development employee engagement strategic goal setting etc.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial leadership roles ideally with country-level responsibility proven ability to deliver budgeted results manage business performance strong experience in product launches market access stakeholder management high integrity strong compliance awareness alignment with AOP Health values.
