For our client, an important multinational company in the services sector, we are looking for a:

PM Specialist - Digital & Innovation


In this role, as part of the Project Management Office, you'll be involved along all the phases (from Idea Concept to Roll-out) of the Global Digital & Innovation initiatives.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the global projects, as well as for respecting timeline and strategic objectives within the scope.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to build the Digital & Innovation Projects Master Plan;
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to define projects scope and contribute to set goals (effort, elapsed, budget, responsibility and constraints and to build dedicated project's plans);
  • Orchestrate the execution of the projects, monitoring and controlling activities in order to track the progress and to grant the respect of deadlines and targets;
  • Ensure that tasks are delivered following standard tools, processes and policies;
  • Ensure and facilitate that each project task is correctly assigned to the right functions and roles;
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time;
  • Represent the Group's interests vs contractors and vendors.

Required Requirements:


  • 23 years experience in similar roles, preferably at multinational companies;
  • Nice to have Experience in Staffing Agency/Recruiting Agency/HR department;
  • Curiosity and understanding of existing and emerging digital technologies;
  • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with IT processes and procedures;
  • Knowledge at good level of the following tools: MS Teams, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), MS Project/Asana/Trello or similar tools;
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus);
  • Professional English knowledge, written and spoken;
  • Management and leadership, proactivity and analytical skills, complete the profile.
