    Posizione:
    Al Ca' di Dio, il nostro Hotel 5* lusso di Venezia ubicato in una posizione privilegiata, all'ingresso della zona Arsenale, nel "Contemporary Art District", siamo alla ricerca di un/una Housekeeping Supervisor che entri a far parte di VRetreats e che condivida con noi la nostra passione per l'eccellenza.
    Requisiti:
    L'Housekeeping Supervisor è un ambasciatore di eccellenza: il forte impegno per la qualità e la cura dell'Ospite sono un must per questo ruolo. Sotto la responsabilità del HK Manager ha il compito di garantire la tempestiva preparazione delle camere e aree comuni facendo adeguati controlli rispetto alla corretta esecuzione degli standard di qualità. Supervisiona direttamente la pulizia, l'igiene, l'allestimento e la gestione della biancheria delle camere. Si prende cura della lavanderia degli Ospiti che dovrà ritirare e riconsegnare come da standard di qualità previsto. Lavora a stretto contatto con gli altri reparti condividendo con loro informazioni su preferenze ed esigenze degli ospiti. È una persona entusiasta di sviluppare l'apprendimento dei suoi collaboratori motivandoli a raggiungere prestazioni sempre migliori. Ha ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di gestione del team ed una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
