The Digital Supply Chain and E-Commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible to ensure a proper management of operational flow through product life cycle, with main focus on B2B shipments towards eCommerce warehouses.

He/She will work in close collaboration with the central Buying, Customer Service, IT and Product Planning, while aligning with regional E-commerce teams congruently.

Job Responsibilities:

Support all E-Commerce operations activities, including:

tickets creation, monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments backlog and KPIs, maintain accuracy of inventory levels

Monitor of all processes related toproduct photoshooting and coordinating samples transfer to the studios or external partners
Export of master data and pricelists and upload on E-Commerce platform
Collaborate daily with the warehouses to solve any operational issues
Assist in implementing new processes to improve the flows aligning with ecommerce EMEA and regional teams
Demonstrate ability to effectively collaborate in a crossfunctional position, while working with multiple teams simultaneously
Reporting activities
Leftover and transfer handling activities from/to eCommerce warehouses

Profile:
