Milano e provinciaWe are looking for a Quality Leader with strong leadership for a management role in a multinational company.

The EMEAI Quality Leader will have the following responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
5 or more years of experience in aQuality Manager or Manufacturing Engineering Manager role
Customers Communications experience.
Supplier validation and Qualification experience.
Manufacturing environment experience is required.

Prior success in driving toward world-class in product integrity, process quality and supplier quality using the appropriate technology and business tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DOE, and SPC.

Experienced in utilisation of Excel and Minitab (or equivalent) for data manipulation and analysis.

Must have experience in handling multiple projects, drive bottom line results, and must be able to leadand develop teams consisting of manufacturing personnel (technical and operations), managers andsuppliers.

Injection Mold experience a plus.
Lean Environment & Implementation experience a plus.
Automotive Quality Systems experience a plus.
Must be a hands-on self-starting team player with a solid working knowledge in the fundamentals of
solid and fluid mechanics.
Must be able to work within and meet aggressive deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, have solid organisational skills and have strong written and oralcommunication skills.
Excellent Project Management Skills.
Proven Leadership Skills & Abilities.
Ability to develop the quality department resources.
Willingness to travel 50% of the time to other company sites and client specific locations.
