AsstrA invites you to work within an ambitious international team

For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), we are looking for a new Head of Italy Container Division.

Responsibilities:

·Building up the operational ocean team in Italy ;

·Building up joint work with other offices/ocean division within AsstrA network;

·Develop the relationships with major shipping lines and inland carriers, maintaining constant and beneficial connection;

·Responsibility for pricing and achieving comparative advantages of our offers;

·Controlling and responsibility for the efficiency and standard KPI;

·Monthly Costs Controlling;

·Working closely with Sales department on the development of new Sales and new volumes;

·Participate in planning the activities of the division.

Skills/Qualifications:

·Requires experience of 5 years in Sea Transportation, with some supervisory experience, consisting of development, coaching and overall management;

·Excellent level of English;

·Candidates must have strong leadership skills and staff development experience with the ability to interact, communicate and motivate with all levels of employees and management;

·Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills.
