Bachelor's/Diploma/Degree (Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or similar);

Demonstrable mediumhigh level of English.

Amazon is recruiting a WFS Coordinator to join the LIN8 sortation center team. The selected person will support the WFS Coordinator and Manager, the Human Resources and Operations teams.

Key job responsibilities

Support in the management and monitoring of new Temporary Associates;
Followup on leaves and absences in Work Events and Excel;
Prepare analysis and reports on new hires, attrition and absences;
Evaluate the internal processes, to implement the eventual necessary improvements;
Collaborate with site management and/or WFS department for the realization of strategic projects;
Coordinate an adequate communication flow, between the Operations, HR and Agency teams;
Followup with Agencies in order provide the defined reports and data within the agreed deadlines;
Monitor the Agencies' KPI through periodical Audits;
Participate in daily/weekly meetings with the different departments for managing and monitoring the daily operations.
